    • Video surveillance & Photography: CCTV used for security, and photographers/videographers documenting the event (as per our Terms & Conditions).
    • Access Control: Scanning your ticket or wristband upon entry constitutes data collection regarding your attendance times.
    • Security Searches: If you are subject to a search by security or detection dogs, we may record details of the search, particularly if items are confiscated or if the police are involved.
    • Cashless/WiFi: If we provide free WiFi or cashless payment wristbands, we collect data on your usage and purchases to provide the service.
  • When you contact us: If you email us with a query, accessibility request, or feedback, we store that correspondence.
  • Social Media: When you use a social media feature within our website or post to social media platforms tagging us, the social media site may provide us with some information about you.

A. For the Performance of Our Contract

  • Entry Management: To process your ticket/wristband and grant you access to the festival.

  • Safety & Security: To prevent or detect unlawful behaviour, ticket touting, and fraud. This includes working with the Police and security staff to ensure the safety of all attendees.

  • Event Photography/Filming: As stated in our Terms & Conditions, by attending the event you consent to being filmed/photographed. We use this media for promotional and commercial purposes globally.

  • Crowd Management: We may use data (such as entry scan rates) to analyze crowd flow and allocate security/bar staff efficiently.
C. With Your Consent

We do not sell your data. We share your information with:
