No, festival tickets are not included in the accommodation booking – you must purchase these
separately

The Boutique Campsite offers a range of pre-pitched accommodation options that are ready to
move into on arrival. The Camping Plus upgrade allows you to pitch your own tent in the Boutique
Campsite whilst enjoying the benefits of the Boutique Campsite, such as premium toilets and warm
showers as well as 24-hour receptions.

You can purchase a non-camping ticket if you don’t want to camp.

If you’d like to access the campsite early, you can do so by purchasing an early access ticket. This allows you to arrive and set up on Thursday night, ready for a full weekend of music. Please note, there will be no artists playing on Thursday.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer camper-van pitches.

It’s a short walk, approximately 3-5 minutes (depending on where you park) from the car park to the festival entrance.

There’s no set restriction on tent size, however please be considerate of other campers and avoid bringing anything excessively large. Gazebos are not permitted.

Yes! There will be a campsite shop stocking a range of essential camping equipment.

No. All belongings are searched upon entry.

For safety reasons, no barbecues or fires are permitted in any circumstance.

No — generators of any size are not permitted for safety reasons.

As a condition of our licence, only small portable Bluetooth speakers are permitted. Large speakers and sound systems are not allowed.

For safety reasons, barbecues and open fires are strictly prohibited. Anyone found lighting a fire will be immediately removed from the festival. This policy is enforced due to the nature of the site and the surrounding woodland.

Please try not to bring too much with you. We strongly advise bringing all belongings from your car to the campsite in one trip. You’re only permitted to bring your alcohol allowance on your first entry to the festival site. Please note, searches will take place and you may be subject to searches upon re-entry.

Non-campers can only enter the festival once per day. Once they have left, they cannot re enter until the following day.

Standard toilet facilities will be available in the campsite. The number of showers is limited and based on provisions at similar-sized festivals. Inevitably, queues may form. If you’d prefer shorter wait times, we recommend considering our Camping Plus option.
Those staying in premium accommodation will have access to luxury bathroom facilities, showers, and pamper rooms included in the price.

We are a completely cashless event.

Yes — within the personal allowance of either:
8 cans of beer/lager/cider OR
8 cans of pre-mixed cocktails OR
1 bottle of wine per person.
Spirits are not permitted. All alcohol must be decanted into reusable bottles, and we ask that you limit single-use plastic where possible.

For safety reasons, glass is not permitted in the campsite or festival site. Alcohol must be decanted into reusable containers. Small make-up items and perfume/aftershave are permitted; all other glass items will be confiscated.

Yes — sealed soft drinks (including bottled water) are allowed and will be checked on entry. There is no set limit.

Yes! There’s no limit on food you can bring.

Yes — we’ll have a wide range of food traders catering to different dietary requirements.

This is an 18+ event. You’ll need one of the following forms of ID to gain entry:

– Valid photo driving licence
– Valid passport

We’re unable to accept any other form of ID. Entry will be refused to anyone under 18 or without valid ID, and refunds will not be issued in these circumstances.

Bookings are non-refundable. If a booking is cancelled, any payments made up to that point will be retained and no further payments will be taken.

Our official resale will open if and when the festival sells out. At that point, you’ll be able to list your ticket for resale for another customer to purchase.

Yes — name changes can be processed via your Kaboodle account. A £20 name change fee applies. Please ensure you read all information carefully during the process.

Please note:
The booking will remain in the original booker’s name
The new ticket holder will receive email confirmation
You’ll need to forward the e-ticket once tickets are released (around 10 days before the event)
Any payments must be handled directly between both parties

To protect the feeling of the space we’ve created together, we ask that sportswear, tracksuits, and fluorescent or neon clothing are left at home.

Yes, this festival is 18+ –  ID is required.

We have coach and shuttle bus services as well as car parking available.

Yes you can purchase our glamping options at a later date, although we recommend purchasing as early as you can.

You can add our glamping options to your existing booking and add these to payment plans if needed

Yes – camping comes as standard with your festival ticket. If you’d like to upgrade to Boutique Camping (bell tents/teepees), you can do this through your personal account after purchasing your ticket.

Our ticketing provider can facilitate payment plan options.
