Can I cancel my ticket?

Bookings are non-refundable. If a booking is cancelled, any payments made up to that point will be retained and no further payments will be taken.

Can I resell my ticket?

Our official resale will open if and when the festival sells out. At that point, you’ll be able to list your ticket for resale for another customer to purchase.

Can I change the name on my ticket?

Yes — name changes can be processed via your Kaboodle account. A £20 name change fee applies. Please ensure you read all information carefully during the process.

Please note:
The booking will remain in the original booker’s name
The new ticket holder will receive email confirmation
You’ll need to forward the e-ticket once tickets are released (around 10 days before the event)
Any payments must be handled directly between both parties
